About this Event

What if solving the world’s most pressing neuroscience challenges wasn’t confined to research labs or closed-door meetings? Imagine stepping into a collaborative, high-energy experience where breakthrough ideas come to life in real-time. Welcome to the NeuroFrontiers Innovation Game—where science, strategy, and imagination collide to create transformative solutions in brain health.

The Game Structure: In this immersive workshop, teams are transported to a dynamic fictional world that mirrors real-life neuroscience landscapes—university labs, patient advocacy centers, tech startups, and research hospitals. Here, they’re confronted with urgent clinical challenges drawn from actual patient needs, from improving treatment adherence and managing chronic neurological pain to enhancing cognitive function and making mental health care more accessible.

Each team rolls a set of dice, each with its own powerful purpose:

  • Clinical Challenge Dice: Rolls reveal pressing issues, such as helping Alzheimer’s patients retain cognitive function or finding non-addictive solutions for chronic pain.
  • Technology & Therapy Dice: Teams then roll to uncover innovative tools like neurofeedback, wearable devices, VR therapy, or psychedelic-assisted treatments that can be applied to solve their assigned challenge.

With every roll, teams are prompted to brainstorm actionable, patient-centered solutions that combine clinical needs with cutting-edge technologies.

Role-Based Innovation: Each participant plays a key role in bringing these solutions to life:

  • Scientist: Brings technical expertise to ground the solution in science.
  • Patient Advocate: Ensures the solution is accessible, compassionate, and truly addresses patient needs.
  • Ethicist: Highlights ethical implications and regulatory hurdles, ensuring the innovation is safe and responsible.
  • Investor: Examines feasibility, scalability, and the financial sustainability of the solution.

Why It Matters: This isn’t just a workshop; it’s a unique gateway into the future of neuroscience. The NeuroFrontiers Innovation Game equips participants with the skills to solve real-world clinical challenges, the empathy to center patient needs, and the creativity to turn breakthrough ideas into impactful solutions. Participants walk away with actionable insights they can bring into their own work, studies, or companies—and a new understanding of what it takes to drive real change in brain health.

Join Us: Join the NeuroFrontiers Innovation Game and experience what it’s like to be on the frontlines of neuroscience innovation. Collaborate with thought leaders, generate actionable solutions, and help shape the future of brain health. At Brain Innovation House, we’re more than an event; we’re building the foundation for the next era in neuroscience. Be a part of it.
