- Low-pressure environment -- engage as much as you feel comfortable, and feel free to step out if you need a moment to regulate. No judgement here!
- We'll have nametags and ways to indicate your comfort level in a networking environment.
- Participation is optional. You can observe, listen, and engage at your own pace.
- Access to fidgets and emotionally-regulating tools.
