What can we learn from our natural world about creating the best environment to not just survive but to thrive, an environment where neurodiversity and biodiversity are celebrated? Unmask, unwind and engage all of your senses in a way that allows you to be your true self and your true nature. These walks are led by experienced and accredited ADHD coach Jane Woods and a member of the National Trust team. The walks take place over mixed and uneven terrain and sturdy footwear is recommended. Suitable for age 14+ accompanied by an adult. No dogs please. This is a free event but booking is required. Follow the link below for more details or to book-
