About this Event
Neuro-Somatic Breathwork is a guided, immersive breathwork session that works with different layers of breath, sound, movement, and guided attention.
The session often includes creative elements such as live sound, clay modelling, and moments of stillness, creating a balance between activation and integration. Each session is followed by a safe space for sharing and connecting with the group.
The practice works directly with the nervous system to support emotional and somatic release, mental clarity, intuitive perception, and expanded states of awareness. It is experienced blindfolded, encouraging inward focus and deeper sensory awareness, and inviting participants into altered states of awareness beyond the everyday thinking mind.
Andrea is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, artist and somatic coach based in Berlin. Andrea works with creatives, founders and professionals who feel stuck, blocked or disconnected from their direction.
