Join us for an evening of start-up showcases, business insight and networking as we celebrate the 2025/2026 Crucible cohort.
This event will bring together Crucible members, local businesses and the wider enterprise community for a chance to connect, hear from emerging start-ups and learn more about the support available for businesses in Leicester.
We know it can sometimes feel overwhelming trying to understand the range of business support available and, more importantly, which support is right for your business at a particular stage. That is why we are pleased to welcome Matt Bateman from the Business Gateway Growth Hub in Leicester, who will outline the support on offer and help make the landscape a little clearer for businesses looking to grow.
There will also be opportunities for networking with local start-ups and business professionals, alongside awards presented to three Crucible members.
About the Crucible Project
The Crucible Project is DMU’s flagship business incubator and has supported the launch of more than 100 graduate businesses. Through masterclasses, workshops and mentoring, members gain practical insight from experts in areas including intellectual property, start-up finance, marketing and web design, helping them develop the skills and confidence to grow their ventures.
