Nervous System Reset: A Guided Breathwork Experience is a 2-hour, trauma-informed breathwork workshop designed to help you come back into your body and gently reset your nervous system. Through guided breathwork, we slow things down enough to notice any stress, emotion, fatigue, and overwhelm, and create space for it to move through in a supported way. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, or simply more connected to yourself than when you arrived. This class includes a 60 minute breath journey with music as well as time for integration and reflection to anchor their experience. Reiki energy is offered to support grounding and embodiment. This workshop is trauma-informed and heart-centered, providing a safe container for all levels of experience. Please complete this Waiver prior to the session experience.
