This deeply restorative, Kundalini-based experience is designed to support your body in slowing down, unwinding, and returning to a state of balance.
Through movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, you will be guided to gently release built-up stress and regulate the nervous system, allowing your body to shift from survival mode into a space of calm, safety, and ease.
