Join Charlie, a former EMT turned yoga teacher, for a guided experience focused on stress reduction, deep rest, and nervous system regulation. This offering blends guided meditation, reflective journaling, gentle nervous system education, and Yoga Nidra (guided deep rest) to support both mental and physical relaxation.
This is a non-movement experience — you’ll be resting comfortably the entire time.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, often called conscious rest. It supports deep nervous system regulation and helps the body shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest.
No experience needed — just get comfortable and listen.
