About this Event
In this experiential yoga class, we will use mind-body practices to build regulation and attunement with the nervous system. Although class topics will vary each week, the sequence will be similar: welcome and centering, discussion and practice, meditation and shared reflection.
Practices may include:
- Gentle yoga, breathwork, play, intuitive movement, etc.
- Singing, mantra, music, singing bowls, humming, etc.
- Somatic practices, energy work, self-massage, partnering, etc.
- Mindfulness, self-reflection, journaling, visualization, etc.
If you find yourself stressed by the “small stuff,” less engaged with your loved ones, or want to try out healing strategies in a group setting, then this practice is for you. Open to all practitioners and no prior yoga experience is necessary. The only prerequisite is a willingness to be open, compassionate, and playful. Looking forward to welcoming you to the group.
Class size is limited to 10 participants to allow for discussion and personalized approaches.
