ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Maria Marcano is a Somatic Burnout Recovery Coach for women, and a trauma-educated yoga and breathwork teacher specializing in applications of Polyvagal Theory (health of the autonomic nervous system). She brings over 12 years of experience in helping people recover from stress, fatigue, and emotional challenges caused by our busy lifestyles and unprocessed stress and emotions.
Her accreditations include Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification, Polyagal Theroy Applications to Mind-body Modalites Certification, Somatic Parts Certification, Internal Family Systems Educated Coaching, EFT Certified Practitioner , Meditation and Mindfulness Guide, Integrative Nutrition Certification and Breathwork Facilitator Certification by Max Strom.
