Nerdworking x Climate Play - Build your architectural masterpiece with LEGO

This is an adult session, suitable for anyone aged 18 to 99+

At this month’s Nerdworking we’re joined by Lucy Hawthorne of Climate Play and who helps organisations to get thinking and acting on sustainability - using LEGO.

The session will have a light environmental theme, but mainly you can expect a bunch of different LEGO building exercises and challenges to test your imagination, collaboration and creativity. Instead of sitting around talking about stuff, we’ll sit around and build stuff instead. And then talk about it.

No wild LEGO building skills are required as often the simplest models are the best, but for those seeking building excellence, there will be some moments of light competition where your architectural skills can shine.

Climate Play is a learning and development organisation that uses playfulness and play-learning to help make it safe, light and fun to face climate change so that people can engage more deeply, honestly and creatively on the topic. Lucy is a qualified Action Learning Facilitator, coach and LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator.

• A photographer will cover this event and the images may be used to publicise future RIBA events.
