Moments and Culture workshop for Local Maternity and Neonatal Systems
We look forward to welcoming you in-person at Hale House where we will spend time reflecting on culture within our systems. Part of the Perinatal Culture and Leadership Programme, this will be a fantastic opportunity to provide valuable insights and strategies for improving care and improving data-to-day working lives of staff.

This half day workshop aims to:
- Support staff who lead neonatal and maternity units to develop practical skills, learn concepts, and reflect to support the building of a healthy workplace culture
- Suggest simple actions to implement within your team
- Overview and demonstration of MOMENTS, to help you decide if you would like to implement this in your units
- Support participants to recognise the challenges within their organisation
- Learn how to celebrate, share, and scale healthy and positive aspects of team culture
- Focus on pragmatic problem solving with discussions led and guided by attending teams
