Volunteering – Building Strong, Sustainable Volunteer TeamsVolunteers are the heart of community sport, yet many clubs are facing increasing pressure to recruit, support, and retain people in volunteer roles.

• Building positive volunteer pathways within clubs
As with all Active Clubs Network sessions, this workshop is:
• Beginner-friendly and jargon-free
• Practical and solution-focused

• Designed around real-world club challenges
This session is ideal for committee members, volunteer coordinators, coaches, and club leaders who want to strengthen volunteer engagement and ensure their club remains sustainable and welcoming.
