The 3rd Ward Real Estate Council invites you to an evening of connection, conversation, and community-building at our Neighborhood Developer Meetup.

This gathering brings together developers, investors, Realtors®, lenders, planners, and advocates who are passionate about infill development and equitable neighborhood growth across Houston — with a special focus on the 3rd Ward and surrounding areas.

Enjoy a relaxed setting to meet like-minded professionals, share updates, and explore collaboration opportunities. Whether you’re seasoned in real estate or newly curious about development, this is your space to learn, connect, and contribute to the future of our neighborhoods.
Come learn how our various programs provide the tools and funding necessary to de-risk your development journey as well as what were doing on Emancipation Ave. and The Columbia Tap Trail:

• Lot Activation Program: Discover how to access funding for clean ups, building designs, and retail spaces designed to activate vacant and blighted.
• Developer Accelerator Program: Learn how to partner with a cohort of experts to build and develop in and around the Third Ward
  

There’s no formal program — just meaningful connections that move ideas into action. Lite bites and refreshments served.
Volunteer Meeting: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

Volunteer committee meets 30 minutes prior to meetup. Anyone interested in volunteering to host events, engage speakers, and highlight members is welcome to join the conversation.
