This is not a general negotiation course. It is a rare opportunity for WBS alumni to work in a senior peer group, focused on the real negotiation challenges leaders face today.
The session combines proven negotiation frameworks with a strong focus on the Empowered State of Mind, enabling participants to remain calm, confident, and influential when it matters most.

About the Speaker
Marcel Dévény empowers individuals to succeed in vital negotiations at the workplace and beyond. With 25+ years of international sales and negotiation experience at companies such as P&G, MARS, and LEGO, Marcel brings a rare combination of real-world commercial expertise and deep coaching insight.
His holistic negotiation approach integrates hard negotiation skills with overcoming internal barriers such as fear, stress, and low confidence: factors that significantly impact performance in senior-level conversations. Marcel is a Certified Trainer and Certified Mastercoach.
