Needle Felt a Sweet Notecard at this beginner friendly felting class with Sonja Oswalt and leave with a keepsake you or a loved one will cherish! Students will use loose wool in a variety of colors to make a design from a selection of valentine or spring choices. Suitable for anyone over age 12, even if you've never felted before.
Family Craft Workshops are open to individuals and family units. This workshop welcomes ages 12+ and is a great family friendly way to create art ... together! A registered parent/guardian must attend with a registered child under the age of 15.
Skill Level: Beginner.
Registration (Ages 15+): $60
Youth (Ages 12-14): $25 (A registered parent/guardian must attend with a registered child under the age of 15)
Material Fee: $30 paid directly to the instructor

Sonja Oswalt has been working with wool since 2012. Her works range from 3-dimensional animal replicas and fantasy figures to 2-dimensional landscapes and portraits, to clothing, purses, and hats. Sonja is largely self-taught, though she has participated in workshops with renowned felt-makers worldwide. Sonja works on commission and via her ETSY online store. Her store, the Baad Hatter Felt Hats and Fiber Arts, reflects the whimsical style of much of her work.
