Home Maintenance Basics
NCP’s Home Maintenance Basics workshop provides an overview of some common issues faced by homeowners and tips on how to spot these issues, fix them or find help. We discuss issues that may be identified by simply looking at your home’s roof, drainage, electrical and plumbing. Although these sessions are not meant to address individual issues, our construction management staff also share many simple tips and tricks to keep up with your home maintenance.
*Parking and Entrance to NeighborWorks is in the back of the building and is best accessed by Hamilton St. or Averill Ave.
NeighborWorks Community Partners (“NCP”) Workshops
NCP’s Workshops are designed to provide community members with information on issues relevant to their financial health, their homes, and their communities. Our workshops are meant to give community members immediate educational and practical takeaways while building familiarity with NCP, our programs, and services.
