Starting at the Marybrook Street Car Park next to the malt house.we do a gentle warm up jog to blossom lane hill. We then hit the hill and it is 80% speed up followed by a gentle recover jog down we do around 5-10 reps depending on your speed. Then we regroup at the top for a nice cool down jog back to the car park. This is suitable for all abilities and we will have a designated back marker so no one will get left behind. Hill are a great way to improve your stamina. 💚💛
