Join National Association of Writers in Education (NAWE) Members and Trustees and guests from Birmingham City University’s Institute of Creative and Critical Writing (ICCW) for an opportunity to talk about all aspects of creative writing prior to the online NAWE Conference.
Hosted by Jonathan Davidson (Co-Chair of NAWE) and Professor Gregory Leadbetter (Director of BCU’s Institute of Creative and Critical Writing), the event will include brief presentations, followed by informal networking. Jonathan will particularly speak about funding for creative writers while Greg will talk about the work BCU does to support creative writing in the West Midlands and beyond.
Light refreshments will be provided.
All Members of NAWE are welcome and also any creative writer who would like to know more about the work of NAWE and the ICCW.
Tickets: Free but must be booked by 6pm on Tuesday 5th November 2024 .
