Join Lesley Mallow Wendell for a Power Friday focused on helping you define what integrating work and life means for you and how to leverage tools and strategies to meet your specific needs.
Lesley is a recognized leadership development expert and executive coach. Many of her clients are women focused on growing their leadership and their businesses. Women face unique challenges as they pursue entrepreneurial and leadership success. Effectively integrating work and life is one of them, and their work with Lesley enables them to create customized strategies to achieve work life balance on their own terms.
Lesley founded Rosewood Consulting Group in 2001 to help organizations and leaders create strategies for success. She provides executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development programs to a variety of organizations in the private and nonprofit sectors.
Her work with entrepreneurs has increased their ability to motivate their teams and improve overall performance and productivity. Lesley tailors her approach to meet the multi-faceted needs of her clients. She provides 360-degree feedback and coaching to senior leaders in philanthropic organizations, and facilitates board development, leadership, and strategic and scenario planning initiatives for organizations in both the for- and nonprofit sectors. She has facilitated peer roundtables for nonprofit CEOs and entrepreneurs. Each coaching and consulting engagement is designed specifically for the individual client.
