About this Event

A healthy functioning team is imperative to the success of any organization. No organization can fully accomplish its mission without a strong team. In this workshop you will learn strategies for:
- Understanding your working style and how it shapes how you interact with members of your team
- Incorporating working styles into programmatic structures
- Maximizing the strengths of your team members
- Establishing customized best practices for effective communication
