This two-part leadership experience enables people leaders to harness the dynamics of conflict and change as levers for trust, alignment, and progress. Navigating Conflict: From Tension to Trust invites leaders to reframe tension as a signal of significance—developing emotional clarity and structured conversational tools that transform friction into forward motion. Influencing Change expands the lens, equipping leaders to navigate uncertainty with composure and credibility. Grounded in Kotter’s 8 Steps, it offers a practical framework for inspiring buy-in, overcoming resistance, and sustaining momentum. Together, these modules cultivate the mindset and skillset to lead with emotional intelligence and strategic intent—especially when stakes are high.

AGENDA:

NAVIGATING CONFLICT: FROM TENSION TO TRUST

Conflict is energy—it reveals that something matters. For people leaders, the challenge isn’t avoiding tension, it’s learning to work with it. This session reframes conflict as a leadership opportunity: a chance to surface truth, strengthen trust, and unlock forward momentum.

Participants will explore 3 tools to enhance emotional clarity, skillful preparation, and high-impact conversations that transform conflict into connection

Key Outcomes:

  • Recognize conflict as energy—and decide how to channel it productively
  • Increase self-awareness of personal conflict habits using the Energy Check tool
  • Prepare for difficult conversations using the CALM Map
  • Lead structured, psychologically safe conversations using the CLEAR model
  • Reframe conflict as a trust-building opportunity rather than a relationship risk

INFLUENCING CHANGE

Change is inevitable—but leading it well is a learned skill. This interactive session helps people leaders build the awareness, empathy, and structure required to guide their teams through uncertainty. Using John Kotter’s globally recognized 8 Steps for Leading Change, participants learn to navigate resistance, create vision, build trust, and sustain momentum. Through relatable team scenarios, and practical coaching prompts, leaders leave ready to drive change—not just manage it.

Key Outcomes:

  • Stronger alignment and buy-in around team-level change initiatives
  • Higher engagement and reduced “change fatigue” among teams
  • More effective communication of change vision and progress
  • Increased psychological safety during high-stakes transitions
  • Adoption of a scalable, repeatable framework for leading any change
