Description: A 3-part workshop, designed for anyone dreading their first holiday season without their loved one, offers a small, intimate space (up to 8 participants) to support you through this tender time with compassion, grounding, and gentle guidance.
This gentle, structured workshop series will provide:
- A warm, supportive space to share and be heard
- Tools for dealing with holiday triggers
- Somatic and mindfulness practices
- Planning for gatherings and boundaries
- Ways to honor loved ones through rituals
- A post-holiday integration session
