Karen will guide guests through this 4-part series touching on the process, steps, and tools of transitoning through the journey from Independent Living and into higher levels of care as your memory changes.
On March19th, Session 2 of this interactive series, "Navigating the Dementia Care Journey" will guide guests through the entire Dementia Care journey, helping loved ones and those currently experiencing changes maneuver and understand the effects, tools, and supports available.
This FREE event is open to individuals looking to plan ahead, currently experiencing steps of this journey, or simply curious about learning more.
Guests are welcome to join one or all sessions, bring a friend, and enjoy coffee and a treat while networking with both professionals and those experiencing their own unique journey.
This intuitive 4-part series will include the following topics:
- Session 1: Supporting independence in daily life when memory is changing (February 19)
- Session 2: Navigating the dementia care journey (March 19)
- Session 3: Beyond puzzles: meaningful activities for brain health (April 16)
- Session 4: Everyday strategies to prevent caregiver burnout (May 28)
