This sound bath is designed to soothe your nervous system, release layers of stress, and guide you into deep relaxation. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, koshi chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be invited to settle, soften, and restore balance within. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations and a guided meditation to help you experience this transformation and leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more at ease in both body and mind. Come and experience the magic of sound healing!
No experience needed—just bring your presence and an open heart!
What To Bring:
- A yoga mat
- Cozy clothing with layers
- Water
- And anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.)
