About this Event
If you have navigated or are currently navigating a challenging workplace situation, you'd know how it can be isolating and overwhelming. You might not be able to talk about it to immediate professional contacts, and your personal friends might not have sufficient context to give you practical support.
Good news: there are practical tools to help you wherever you are on the journey.
At this practical and heartfelt workshop, you will receive tools, frameworks and skills to confidently navigate workplace challenges. We will discuss case studies and have time for Q&A. Inherent's tools and approaches have been created via research with Princeton University and serving hundreds of people in challenging workplace scenarios.
- Learn how to triage challenging workplace situations - understand the core archetypes of sticky workplace situations, the internal and external signs for each, and the key decision points.
- Learn how to augment your practical, emotional and expert support needs if you are currently navigating a challenging workplace situation, or if you are recovering from a past situation.
- Understand the common myths that stop us from getting support and taking action when we face these scenarios.
- Do a hands-on exercise to identify what is most important to you and take a small step to move forward, help someone you care about, or get healing from a past experience.
This timing is suitable for US, Asia and Australia timezones.
