About this Event
Join us for an exclusive session with two seasoned analysts from Bloomberg’s New York office as they guide you through the complexities of macroeconomic trends and their impact on equities. This event is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize the Bloomberg Terminal to analyze market trends and make informed investment decisions.
This event is organized by The Business Innovation & Technology (BIT) Center of Miami Dade College.
The BIT Center invites students, faculty, and members of our Miami community (non-students) to join us on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
This live, in-person (free) event will be held at the Business Innovation & Technology (BIT) Center of Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus - Room 2103-02
During the session, students will:
· Gain valuable perspectives from Bloomberg analysts on current macroeconomic trends and their implications for the equity markets.
· Learn how to navigate and leverage the Bloomberg Terminal to track and analyze economic indicators and market movements.
· Engage with the analysts during a live Q&A session, where you can ask questions and get personalized advice
About our Guest Speakers:
Kristin Mascolo joined Bloomberg in June 2019 as an Equity Specialist and now works as a News Application Specialist. She helps clients across North America get the news they need when they need it. Additionally, she helps Bloomberg customers cut through the noise and use data associated with news and social media so they can generate ideas. Before Bloomberg, Kristin worked in public relations. She graduated from Syracuse University with a dual bachelor's degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Whitman School of Management.
Natalie Judge started at Bloomberg in September 2023 as a Financial Products Analyst. She currently works on the Senior Equity Desk, where she helps clients solve queries and find information they need to make essential trades. Before Bloomberg, Natalie graduated from the University of Miami, majoring in Advertising and minoring in Marketing and Business Law.
