These issues often lead to major problems in organizations, erode individual well-being, create toxic and even dangerous environments—and impact rates of retention and productivity.
Navigating Emotional Realities with Adults helps leaders and employees alike better understand and address their own and others’ emotional health in the workplace. It draws conclusions and solutions from child and adult developmental psychology, brain science, and more to identify the foundations of our emotional makeup and guide us to healthier, happier times at work.
