About this Event

Have you ever wondered, “Is this job still right for me?” What about, “Where can I go from here?” Most people have paused to ask themselves these questions at some point in their careers. What’s needed is to reflect on what you’ve learned from past experiences to chart a course that is both intentional and achievable.

This interactive workshop will guide you through a structured reflection and planning process using proven career development materials. You will map your career journey using a Career Timeline Reflection, identify patterns, and assess alignment through a structured framework, surfacing what you’re good at, what you enjoy, what you don’t enjoy and more. The session also incorporates principles from human-centered design, encouraging participants to reframe their experiences, generate possible career directions, and prototype next steps. The workshop will conclude with an Action Planning Framework, helping you translate insight into clear, realistic next moves.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clear snapshot of their career patterns, strengths, and preferences
  • Greater clarity on potential career paths aligned with their skills and values
  • Connection to other professionals and learnings from their career journeys

If you’re questioning your current role, considering a transition, or seeking greater alignment in your work, we warmly invite you to join this session. As we start the next year, come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to reflect honestly on your experiences. Even If you’ve been feeling stuck, restless, or simply curious about what’s next in your career, this space is for you.
