Here, the mat becomes sacred ground, the breath our guide, and the heart an open vessel, ready to receive.

📍Location: Outdoor Setting near the Japanese Gardens, with easy parking on Glen Osmond Road and South Terrace. We’ll meet behind the gardens, just across from Witta Wirra Park.
📌 What to Bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle, and clothes you feel at ease in.
📌 Investment: $33 per person + Booking Fee

About your hosts:
Amelia Finn from Ikigai Empowerment is a Retreat Facilitator, Energy Healer and Hypnotherapist who has been running women’s spaces and conscious community groups for over 4 years. Each time she sees the magic that happens when women come together in this way.
Amy Hill also known as The Freedom Mentor is a mother, yoga teacher and wellness practitioner. She is helping people feel healthy, in alignment and free to have abundance in life. She has a yoga studio in Collinswood called, “Meditation Yoga and Relationships” which she co facilitates with her partner.
