Join us for a heart warming winter solstice celebration.
Together we’ll welcome the return of the light with simple rituals, shared intention, and seasonal creativity.
We’ll begin by lighting a communal fire, using a special fire-lighting mushroom and a shared breath to bring the flames to life. As the fire grows, we’ll take time for quiet reflection — honouring what we’re carrying from the year gone by, and sensing what we want to nurture in the months ahead.
There will be an intention-setting ceremony offering our wishes into the fire for ourselves, our communities, and the wider world.
We’ll also enjoy some seasonal craft, creating glass-jar lanterns to take home — a symbol of carrying the light through winter’s darkest days.
Finally, we'll light candels of rememberence for anyone we’d like to hold close.
A simple, soulful gathering to mark the turning of the year.
