Join our inclusive, exercise class combining aerobic and dance movements that improve coordination, strength, flexibility and stamina.
Learning something new should be fun, and so we make it fun and creative, you don’t need to be perfect! As well as physical exercise, we focus on building confidence and self esteem, empowering you to do what you can. This is a friendly class with community at the heart.
We enjoy refreshments after class (3:20pm), share and support each other and build friendships.
