Nature of Taiji (T'ai Chi)

Move, play, and find your calm in the park! Nature of Taiji+ is a fun, 30-minute introduction to Taiji (T'ai Chi) designed for kids and families. Through animal-inspired movements and nature themes — think crane, tiger, flowing rivers, and gentle wind — children build balance, coordination, focus, and confidence in a no-pressure, imaginative setting.

Each session explores movement through storytelling and play:

• Animal Play – Move like a crane, bear, or dragon
• Nature Awareness – Flow with wind, water, and trees
• Calm & Focus – "Be still like a mountain, flow like a river"
• Body Confidence – Listen to your body, celebrate what it can do

Ages 7–13 | Children under 7 welcome with a accompanying adult

$5 per child or family — an affordable way to try something new together!

No experience needed. All abilities welcome. Just bring yourself and a sense of curiosity!
