Thirty years ago, Gary Keller realized he was operating on specific models and systems as he built Keller Williams Realty International into the largest real estate franchise in the world. Following these systems enabled him to make good decisions and find repeated success. As he shared his learnings with others, these models and systems evolved into Quantum Leap.
