Slow down, rest, re-awaken your senses, be with community & the land, be inspired...
This is a unique, heart-centered and supported opportunity to slow down enough to observe and absorb the nuance and nourishment of the natural world. This three-hour immersion provides time and space to cultivate and tend to our relationship with the self, each other, and the land- and in a way that feels most natural and inviting.

What to expect at a Forest Therapy Walk and Forest Bathing Immersion:
Meet at Pt Defiance Park- Specific Location Determined day of walk.
*Opening with shared information about the land we are on.
*Guidance in exploring and awakening our senses, dropping further into presence and awareness.
*A series of Invitations followed by invitational sharings.
*Pen & Paper Prompt or Shared Group Activity to conclude the walk.
*Tea & Light snack to incorporate our experience together.
This is not a hike and requires very little distance.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. If you have ADA needs, message me so I can select the best spot in the park for our immersion.
*Please be sure to dress appropriate for the weather. Location will offer shade from the sun and shelter from the rain when needed.
*Things to bring with you(optional): a water bottle, a journal &pen, a small mat to sit on, snacks, etc.
*Consider Signing up with a friend.
*Please Arrive Promptly. We will begin our walk 5 minutes after scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please do not come, and we can reserve your ticket for another scheduled walk.
Once you are signed up & payment is processed, look out for an email with the EXACT LOCATION of where the group will meet in Pt Defiance Park :)

About your Guide:
Celeste Reed is an artist and guide native to Tacoma, Washington. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in modern dance from the University of Utah (2018), a 200 Hour YTT Certificate and a 25 Hour Restorative YTT Certificate from Online Yoga School(2022), and a certificate to guide Nature and Forest Therapy through the International Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (2021).
Celeste makes art and is a proud auntie to seven young ones. <3
