Certified Clinical Herbalist, Analise Stein, will take the class on a rich, plant-centered journey into the fertile ground of alternative and functional approaches to conception and beyond. In this class, Analise will guide you through the root causes of infertility from both Eastern and Western herbal traditions, weaving in the wisdom of energetics and elemental balance. Explore how imbalances in the body’s inner ecosystem—such as depletion, stagnation, or excess—can create barriers to conception, and how targeted herbal allies can help restore harmony. You'll be introduced to time-honored fertility botanicals known to nourish the womb, regulate hormonal cycles, and vitalize reproductive energy. Beyond conception, the class will also offer grounding support for the full reproductive arc—covering herbal care for pregnancy and the sacred postpartum window. Learn how to support the body’s changing needs through each stage with botanicals that strengthen, soothe, and replenish. Analise will also delve into common conditions like PCOS, Endometriosis, and irregular menstruation, offering insight into how these patterns can be gently shifted with herbal and lifestyle support. This class includes an educational handout to help your learning take root and flourish beyond the classroom.
Analise Stein, CCH, CFEP, CN, is a senior clinician at the Wildflower Clinic, supporting fertility, postpartum care, reproductive health, and chronic/ autoimmune skin conditions. Analise specializes in IVF support, peri-menopause/ menopause transitioning and symptomatic support, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids & cystic activity, postpartum depression, menstruation balancing/ cycle tracking, unexplained infertility, psoriasis, eczema, hormonal acne, perioral dermatitis, and unexplained rashes/hives. As a mother herself, Analise brings a warm, nurturing approach to those desiring herbal and lifestyle support from conception planning and pregnancy through all postpartum phases. Personally battling chronic UTIs, Yeast Infections, and HPV in the past, Analise also supports individuals experiencing recurring infections. She also supports individuals with flower essence emotional therapy to achieve emotional balance and stability. Analise believes in harnessing the ancient wisdom of Western and Eastern herbal remedies, combining them with modern scientific knowledge, whilst nurturing a profound connection with nature.
