Starting at 10am a 'Biology: Science & Society' session is taking place, this is an introduction to the 'Genomes & Human Disease' module. Also running at 10am is the 'Physics: General Physics Introduction' session for 4th year physics students.
The SU Discover Nottingham fair is running throughout the day and you'll have the chance to pop in between sessions.
At 1:30pm a welcome back session for 2nd year returning students is running, this will cover any key course announcements, information on what to expect from the up-coming academic year and a quick review of careers and opportunities.
At 2pm a Year 4 Time Management Skills session starts in the Physics building (C27).
And over in the Pope building (A15) at 2:30pm a welcome back session for 3rd year returning students is taking place where you can catch up on all things Natural Sciences.
Continuing in A15 is a welcome session for 4th year returning students at 15:20. Directly after this is a talk from Careers highlighting things to may want to consider as a finalist regarding your future career.
At 4pm there is a 'Drop-In Q&A' session with the ESE team and DLO.
Also at 4pm over in the Physics building (B1) an introductory Research Taster Session is starting where you learn about some of the physics research currently happening at UoN.
