About this Event
Meet others from the community in our LGBTQIA+ social Huddle, a space to hang out and have fun.
Here at The Wolfpack Project, we love providing space for 16-35 year olds to meet others. This group is often held at Broadway Cinema in a cafe space, as it's an ally to the community and accessible for most people. Sometimes we can't meet there, so our back up venue is Lord Roberts, just around the corner.
Someone from the team will try and greet people in the main reception at the beginning of the group, plus someone at reception will know where we are. During the afternoon, people will join when they can, so there will be lots of introductions and getting to know people. We will cover a soft drink, but others may buy themselves more such as food. Each month, we may play games, socialise or link in with Pride/awareness events.
The aim is that people are able to have a conversation with a new person and have time to socialise. If you get chatting, you can stay beyond 7pm, but the team will head out at that point.
This session is for you if you feel able to come on your own and get chatting with those in the space. We have some regular faces from the community and new people each time, so you never know what connection you might make!
If you aren't sure that this if for you, you can contact the team via [email protected] We also try and call everyone at the beginning of the week to see if you can still make it and give space for you to ask any questions.
In order to keep our groups free, we need to know that everyone coming is within our age range and lives in Nottinghamshire. If you haven't already done so, please make sure that you've signed up on our website at
We're really looking forward to having you.
