Take a meaningful break from the work day and learn how to focus on your voice with the National Theatre at Regent's Place.
About this Event

As part of British Land's partnership with the National Theatre you can enjoy a monthly workshop with an industry expert who will share their tools and tactics with you in fun bitesize sessions before work or during your lunch break.

This September the workshop explores how to improve your posture, presence and vocal delivery to grow your confidence.

Led by vocal coach Gurkiran Kaur, you will be guided through a short meaningful break from your working day to focus on your voice. From mindful awareness and bridging your breath and body to celebrate your unique voice. This session will offer a refreshing and vitalising instance of creativity, whilst exercising your vocal self.

Each session is 20 minutes.
