Cost $195.My fully furnished retreat house, located above my studio, has 5 bedrooms with twin beds, 3 bathrooms, and kitchen, dining and living areas with sleeping for 12. There is an elevator from the studio to the retreat house, so you will not have to navigate the stairs. Overnight stays are $65 per night with no hidden tourist fees and available on a first reserved/paid basis.
