About this Event
OVERVIEW. This is the Fall Forum of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Texas Chapter, Alamo Area Branch (San Antonio, TX). The purpose of the Fall Forum is to educate, network, and raise awareness of members and potential members of NASW. This Fall's Forum is focused on human trafficking, domestic violence and houselessness -- particularly in San Antonio and/or south Texas.
FORMAT. The Forum can be attended in-person or online.

9:00-10:30 - Human Trafficking and Community Impact
10:30-12:00 - Working with Domestic Violence Victims (Cultural Diversity)
12:00-1:30 - Buffet Luncheon & NASW and Legislative Updates
1:30-3:00 - Update on Housing and Houselessness in San Antonio
