Welcome to the NAMI Iowa 2025 Annual Conference! This year's event features exciting keynote speakers from national and Iowa stakeholders, as well as timely mental health issues presented in three track options.You can customize your conference experience to best suit your interests and needs. This year's event will feature keynotes and tracks based on SAMHSA's Four Major Dimensions of Recovery. These dimensions of Home, Purpose and Community are the foundation for achieving a life in recovery, where individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential. In addition, throughout the day, visit the Calm Zone to relax, engage in sensory and mindfulness activities, and learn more about therapy, peer support, and therapy dogs.
