NAMI Family Support Groups are peer-led groups for family members, partners, and caregivers of people living with mental health conditions. We meet regularly to provide a safe, supportive space to share experiences, learn from others, and gain tools for coping and supporting your loved one.This group meets every Saturday in downtown Asheville.
All are welcome, and attendance is free.
