These transmissions are a way of tending to the body, heart, and spirit as one living, breathing organism, never separate from the whole. Through trusting our life force energy, our kundalini, we attune to a greater divine intelligence that amplifies the light field and helps us receive exactly what is needed in a safe, guided, and deeply supported way
While held in a strong container of connection with our loving guides, participants lie down on a mat, close the eyes and let go of the thinking mind. As the music plays, our innate, life force energy, our kundalini, is invited to move and hone in on our light body, removing blocks and resistances from our energy field. We attune to a higher state of frequency. As we clear and open, the source of our intuition and divine intelligence may offer insights, information, and messages.
How:
This transmission is one hour, and then moves directly into a 25 minute Sound Bath with certified Sound Healer, Beth Bluth. This entire practice is intended to create opportunities for more harmony, more flow, more resonance.
What can occur:
1) Kriyas, spontaneous body movements, mudras, yoga poses, hand or body shaking or dancing.
2) Visuals, third eye visions, journeying, messaging from guides, ancestors, pets, increased memory for dreamtime, colors.
3) Breathwork such as spontaneous breath of fire, deep exhales, vocalizations, singing, light language which is a state of higher frequency.
4) Emotional release such as tears of joy, tears of grief, spontaneous laughter or smiling. Ecstatic feelings, feelings of bliss and gratitude. Feelings of fear or anger. It can reveal emotions so you can heal them.
5) Deep meditation, non-dual consciousness, feelings of sinking into the earth, falling asleep, deep expansion, cosmic consciousness.
6) Body temperature changes, hot cold or all of it in one session.
Sometimes pain if you are working through an injury, which is known to release during the session.
7) And you may feel or experience absolutely nothing at all.
This practice is not a quick fix. It is a relationship you develop in knowing thyself, learning about your energy field and how it works, what it needs. It can increase energetic sensitivity over time influencing clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc.
These sessions are often subtle energetic upgrades and cumulative, though bigger experiences can and do happen.
Before and After care suggestions are given, as well as integration at the end of every session.
