Participants can choose from four electrifying relay races: the fast-paced 4x400m, the tactical 4x800m, the endurance-testing 4x1600m, and the uniquely thrilling 4x "super zero" relay. The 4x "super zero" relay adds a twist reminiscent of a beer mile but with a healthier approach, promising fun without the 'yakky' aftermath.
