Media Usage
Notice of Photography, Filming & Recording
When you enter a NAIRA® event or program, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant Sydney Love Life, LLC, NAIRA®, its affiliates, representatives, and authorized media partners the right to use, in perpetuity, your image, likeness, voice, and any other personal characteristics as captured in these recordings for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, news, webcasts, promotional materials, telecasts, advertising, social media, and inclusion on websites.
Use of Recordings
These images, photos, and/or videos may be utilized to promote similar NAIRA® events in the future, to highlight the event itself, and to exhibit the capabilities of Sydney Love Life, LLC. You hereby release Sydney Love Life, LLC, NAIRA®, its officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, and any media partners from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, video, audio, or any other recordings, whether such recordings are captured by Sydney Love Life, LLC or a third party acting on its behalf.
Waiver of Rights
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights to any claims for payment, royalties, or other compensation related to the use of your image, likeness, voice, or other personal characteristics in the recordings, regardless of the purpose, including exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or any other publication of these materials, whether or not admission or sponsorship fees are charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording that may be used by Sydney Love Life, LLC, NAIRA®, or their designated partners.
Third-Party Use
No person or organization not affiliated with Sydney Love Life, LLC or NAIRA® may use, copy, alter, or modify NAIRA® event photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized representative from Sydney Love Life, LLC.
External Media Requests
Requests from media outlets or other external entities for the use of NAIRA® event recordings will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will require prior written consent from Sydney Love Life, LLC.
Data Protection and Privacy
Sydney Love Life, LLC and NAIRA® are committed to complying with all relevant data protection and privacy laws. Any personal data collected during the event, beyond the scope of photography, filming, and recording, will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and will not be used for any purpose other than those explicitly stated in this notice.
Consent Acknowledgment
By entering the event premises, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the event.
