Class Experience
Nailed It is back! Instead of making Gingerbread Houses this year, which no one ever eats lest they lose a tooth, we are offering a way to make a gingerbread house cake that you can share and eat!
During the first part of the class, participants will learn how to make gingerbread, and with our pre-made dough and different kinds of cookie cut-outs.
The second part of the class, you will receive a pre-made vanilla sheet cake and pre-made gingerbread that you will have to construct, frost, glitter and embellish into a two story cake. You can construct a gingerbread house on top of your cake, or add house walls, or surround your cake with gingerbread men--the choice is yours!
You can follow our cake examples or if you're feeling more creative you create your own design.
PRICE DETAILS: PRICE IS PER CAKE NOT PER PERSON. Buy one cake and work together or buy one for each participant in your group. Price is per one set of ingredients to build a cake and make gingerbread cookies (house or men) to decorate. WE WILL EMAIL YOU FOR YOUR GUEST LIST. We reccommend a maximum of 4 people per cake.
Participants: This class is open to adults, families, older kids (see the age restriction). It's a time to have fun and get creative!
Younger chefs are allowed to participate with adult supervision.
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
