This evening is a deeply nourishing, trauma-informed exploration of how sound, movement, and breath can gently regulate the nervous system, release emotional tension, and awaken the voice from within.
We blend somatic practices with breath-led soundwork, weaving together:

• Humming, resonance & vocal toning
• Gentle shaking & grounding movements
• Intuitive, improvised singing
• Indian raaga-based practices
