You'll be introduced to and guided through a powerful 3-part breath technique while comfortably lying down in a supportive environment. Crystal will help you navigate the flow of energy (hands-on optional), allowing you to release emotional blockages and limiting beliefs. Following the breathwork journey, you'll have the opportunity to participate in an optional sharing circle, providing space to process and reflect on your experience. ✨
