What to expect?
You'll be introduced to and guided through a powerful 3-part breath technique while comfortably lying down in a supportive environment. Crystal will help you navigate the flow of energy (hands-on optional), allowing you to release emotional blockages and limiting beliefs. Following the breathwork journey, you'll have the opportunity to participate in an optional sharing circle, providing space to process and reflect on your experience. To support your ongoing journey of self-discovery, you'll receive take-home practices that allow you to continue exploring the benefits of Mystical Breathwork long after the event concludes.

Bio: Crystal Cassidy is the CEO and founder of SoulPod, an spiritual wellness app that bridges the mystical with the empirical. With a background in biochemistry and two decades of experience in biotechnology, Crystal brings a unique blend of scientific understanding and spiritual insight to her work. Her journey accelerated after a near-death experience, deepening her commitment to unlocking human potential through spiritual practices. A certified Reiki Master, breathwork facilitator, meditation guide, and kundalini yoga instructor, Crystal is dedicated to guiding others on their path to personal and collective awakening. Her mission is to make transformative spiritual experiences accessible to all, helping individuals tap into their inner mystic and embrace a journey of ongoing self-discovery.
